5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items (personalized products, opened software) are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at returns@cantell-tech.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Warranty Coverage

CANTELL products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
